Wow this would have been an amazing video for when I was a starter. I have developed the same openers, now have chosen a set of 3 setups which I can use consistently to speed up the start of ST Stacking.

There are a lot of openings you showed, what one do you recommend? Can you always use just one, or is there some situations where you are forced to use another, but its always possible to do at least one opening?

My favorite openings are Yellow orange; Yellow blue; Yellow green; I tend to have a lot of trouble when the starting 2 pieces are green and purple.

Sorry this is 7 years late but that's my favourite opening! Purple places centrally where it spawns, green hooks it on the right (mirroring where red Z will go). Yellow O on top of the green and cyan I next to it creating the flat central "floor" 5 rows high. Orange L goes next to purple J on the left.

I don't think there's a single opening that works for every situation. Experts of ST stacking that I know (which I am not) are usually most familiar with about 3 or so, and that'd cover all situations.
