Πόσο σημαντικός είναι ο ρόλος της τύχης στην επαγγελματική μας σταδιοδρομία; Πόσο θα έπρεπε να είναι; Dr Ioannis Nikolaou is a Work & Organizational Psychologist, Professor of Organisational Behaviour & Human Resources Management at the department of Management Science and Technology, Athens University of Economics and Business, and Editor-in-Chief of the peer-reviewed journal International Journal of Selection & Assessment.
He teaches courses at the undergraduate and post-graduate levels at the Athens University of Economics and Business, the University of Valencia, and the University of Cyprus, while maintaining active links with the industry through Human Resource consulting projects. He is the co-founder of the European Network of Selection Researchers (ENESER), and since 2017 he represents Greece in the European Network of Organizational Psychologists (ENOP).
He is also the co-founder of the NGO Job-Pairs, supporting young graduates via mentoring, and Chief Science Officer of Owiwi, a Greek-based start-up company specializing in the field of gamified assessment.
