Ok, to Let you know, I am Trini🇹🇹 & You are definitely Hispanic American, so let me help you on what you are eating in this blog, First of all is the beer Carib, it’s a Trini🇹🇹 made Beer, the Carlsberg is not, it’s Irish.., 2, The Roti you had is Also a Trini🇹🇹East Indian Dish, And You are supposed to eat it with only your Hand, 3., the mashed sweet potato is not sweet potato, it’s Actually Yuca or cassava, 4.,the elbow pasta is Actually called Macaroni pie which is West Indian dish 5.,and the round flour item you have there is Also a Trini🇹🇹 it’s called Coo-Coo. 6.,And off course, the meat dish is Originally Jamaican! but very West Indian in General, is Stew OXtail…! I hope this helps your Understanding of Caribbean & West Indian dishes & Drinks…! 🙋🏾‍♀️❤️🇹🇹🦋🇺🇸🌈👍🏾

Ayyy all our islands have great food. The entire Caribbean share one thing "Africa" mixed with India, Indigenous and Chinese. All of our food are linked and share common history. Great review though. We have the best tasting food in the world.

You clearly have not eaten other Caribbean food, plus roti is native only to those places where East Indians came as indentured labourers which is Trinidad and Guyana only and spread from there. Tourist countries like St.Thomas has no real culture. Carib is a Trinidad product. As a Trinidadian, I don’t know any authentic St. Thomas foods.
