You can certainly just watch the hellion work. It speaks for itself. It pierced the tire wall with no issues, sliced through sandy ratchet strap with ease and, the chops bit deep.

3/16 is not bad at all , different thickness on a blade for different uses and 3/16 is very good mid point for a blade that you would want to be able to do many or everything well , especially on a blade the big you don't want it to be to heavy, so it's the steel type and heat treatment that will give it it's thunder. 👍

The next Bowie I get though is going to be The Montana Knife Company Marshall Bushcraft Knife. That thing just calls to me! Gonna take a bit to save up for, but I have recently been able to get two of my grails (Bradford Guardian 5 and White River Knives Ursus 45) and my Bladelust is satiated for a bit. 🙂
