I was wondering if it's possible to use SVD for youtube videos?in license says no commercial use.but does it mean for youtube videos as well?or just like a website which uses the model to make money?

That's a good question and I am unsure of the response - perhaps only in the latter case of selling some sort of product with it as the back end. However, after playing with it - I think the inability of adding text conditioning at minimal would make it quite hard to make content. Given the creativity of the community though, there are probably some folks who have strung together the outputs for good results.

I think if Ive read it correctly (so definitely grain o salt here for sure lol) you can use it for general purposes like you are meaning here for youtube but its when you integrate SVD into your product and sell products off that is where the issues come in. Its the same with SDXL turbe i think yeah?

Thank you good sir! Honestly I havent had good success with this new 1.1 iteration. I find with motion bucket that high I get blurry mushy results kinda like that car one. Might just be the type of images im trying? When i saw they fine tuned it on 127 (a full 100 over what i normally do) I was shocked lol. I normally enjoy the 25-40 range.

Yeah, I honestly was expecting a bit more...but I will never complain when new models are released lol! Glad I am not the only one.

How did you install SVD on Mac ? Could you provide a link or could record the process ? Thanks maan :)

Haven’t tested on a Mac - in the video I am remotely using a gpu on a windows machine via a Mac. Here’s a thread on Reddit of some discussion on making this work - www.reddit.com/r/comfyui/comments/184fzg9/svd_on_mac_m1m2/

If you try the original SD 1.5, it's really really bad, like comically terrible, compared to any popular fine-tune of it. Unfortunately for video, fine tuning this is probably too much for the community, as you can't just do it on a regular machine.
