Such an underrated couple here! Fabulous jive kicks which I wasn’t expecting. It was adorable, and had so much personality and flair. She commands the room with her facial expressions. Good variety of jive steps and she performed all of them in stride. Kevin, bring Stacey to the end! 8.

How cute is that? Great energy from start to finish. She nails the fundamental jive technique by lowering her centre of gravity to give the kicks and flicks that classic look, thus making the entire dance more ‘compact’ and ‘grounded’, which is what we want. Now this routine is also cheesy, but done in a good way (it’s minions after all, so cheese away!). Well done, Kevin for packing this full of jive content, and Stacey copes with them quite well. 8!

Incidentally, I really didn't enjoy this routine much! I thought some of her kicks were a bit laboured & lacked retraction. Think they were shortchanged on the theme though....

I'm honestly used to never being able to take my eyes off Kevin Clifton and accidentally ignoring the celeb in this kind of dance because his performance is always so high energy and brilliant to the point of absurdity (eg Crazy In Love w/ Louise Redknapp) but DAMN Stacey matched him and then some. She was brilliant! So underrated.

After watching this I supported them all the way through our Kev just had 2 play Kevin Minion so adorable I love them both n completely fell in love with Kevin, so much so I've just booked tickets 2c him in Rock Of Ages in Nottingham with my fella..... Just love these two together - their chemistry, energy and fun factor - even the previous weeks before she was dancing this good, lol. ;) She reminds me a little of Louise Redknapp.

I think she’s got way more confidence than Louise, which is why Louise plateaued, but in terms of dancing ability, Stacey has all the potential to be as good or even better than Louise!

I know that purists like the aesthetic of women dancing in heels, but part of why I love this dance is because Stacey looks so confident & comfortable in those flats. Even accomplished dancer Faye was cautious running up the steps to the shaker in her Grease QS compared to Gio in his Teddy Boy brothel-creepers. #flats4women

It was without doubt her best dance yet. Great musicality and wonderful partnership. What was lacking for me was the pendulum action of the hips during the jive chasses as well as more sharpness in the kicks (although they were bouncy). It was an energetic routine, she showed some good footwork and, as I said, it was her best dance yet without any doubt. A 7.

I like the British version better than the American. The pros are so talented and creative. Altho the American pros are creative also I think they are getting tired of the way the voting is being done. Votes should be on peoples dancing not on their popularity. Crazy Americans right.

Am I the only one who thought this wasn’t as amazing as everyone thought? Yes it was ok but was rather flat footed and stompy throughout... felt like I was watching an entirely different routine to the judges

I know what you mean, it could have been a bit lighter, but for week 3 this was impressive and her best dance yet. I actually think it was undermarked by the judges - but I think a couple of other dances were tonight too.

Yeah it maybe wasn't as amazing as the judges made it out to be- it needed more energy for a jive but she was definitely more controlled than she has been in previous dances and she kept up with Kevin. I think the lightness will come as she gets stronger.
