the design itself and the colours palette are very nice, however a lot of things simply don't work. The kitchen layout doesn't include the fridge, that is next to the home office(???). The living room is basically a walk in closet because the bedroom is super small and fit just a tiny wardrobe. The home office is very cramped. 62sm with one bedroom...they could have done better

912k for 667sqft. Banging that the value appreciates. Doesn’t seem like a good investment for rental considering the number of years needed for ROI and the location isn’t so centralised as well.

A word of advice - pls consider shifting the fridge to the kitchen. Sitting so close to the fridge is unhealthy as it does emit certain level of radiation.

Cute flat but the price they bought it at is unbelievable for its size. After all, to each their own.

Frankly any kind of farmhouse style (modern or not) needs a large and wide space to work with, not suitable for the dimunitive sizes and narrow layouts of the new condo units these days.
