The S58 is a beast. Such an amazing engine. The G87 is like having the G80 M3s power but in a smaller package. With 650HP range in this M2 you'd be smoking most if not just about all card on the street that rev you.

Those are very good numbers especially considering you're running 91 Octane! Here in NJ we have 93 but Sunoco recently start selling 94! Where I live we consider the Mustang dyno the main dyno you want to use to get true and consistent results for tuning. I see no reason to go with a Dynojet unless you plan on using only that to tune going forward. Looking forward to see what you're going to do next!

95 octane is our standart/bad gas. Europe first, China second, America third place 😅.

95 fuel in europe is equivalent to 90 octane rating in the USA....they use different rating system fyi....@@andreasmaier2537

wow those are mega numbers! only 91 and super hot. with less heat soak and race gas, it'd be making 600s hp and tq easily.

I can't wait to pick one of these up used in a year or so and trade my RS3 for one. Ur spot on, 93 with 20-30deg. cooler temps outside would be in the 600s weel on a mustang which is insane

This is crazy. Man, I hope I can save enough money and get rich somehow. I'm trying. I would like to buy a G87 M2 as my next car someday. I hate being poor. I thought I had something going last year, and then a mass layoff happened in May 2023 this year, along with my tons of health problems. My goal is to have a 600-700whp daily car someday. S58 is the new 3JZ. It can do it.

Awesome car and build. I can definitely see this car making 630whp on Ethanol. Next step could be a methanol injection and or port injection.

Totally agree. We will see how far down the rabbit hole I’ll take the build. I’d love to go crazy with a single turbo build but that will be down the road a bit

@@tuxon_speed check out "M-Tech Performance" they made like 720whp on their g80 on E50 wich is very impressive. I have to say the single turbo on the S58 the best set up out there, specially on a G87. "KLM Race" has some bad ass kits too.

I’ve got it set to 50% in 1st and 30% reduction In 2nd. Definitely helped with traction

Got a mate who bought one of these and they seem a nice all round package but the engine tone at high revs was quite dissatisfying, needs something done there.

I would love to see the 0-60 times after this tune. You might need a TCU tune too to make the most of it.

I definitely need to get those times. I just have to do it late at night so that the heat doesn’t have as much of an impact on the times. I was looking into an xHP trans tune but I’ve been hearing of issues with iDrive 8 bricking people’s TCU.

I think the 305 tires will help. Definitely interested in 0 to 60 and quarter mile times on that beast.

Did the math if the dyno is reading 15% lower you should be sitting around 640

This is a stage 1😅 not 2!! Ours with MHD tuning bumt OBD, in stage 1, with flax fuel 620hp with 102 aboit 670

Seems super low, most tuned G8X cars with no mods can make 650-700whp.

Headlight DRL, and taillight design doesn't flow right on this car. The design is sleek and flow-formed, but the M2's body is boxy. Just doesn't look right. BMW needs to redesign this asap.
