Stagecoach Inn - West Yellowstone, Montana

Our first visit to the state of Montana, took us to the beautiful town of West Yellowstone, which is just outside the boundary of Yellowstone National Park.
We decided to spend the night at the Stagecoach Inn. This is our review of our experience there.

Very nice room. That looks like a great place to stay. I really like all of the mounts in the lobby.

Yes, it certainly had that "Western" feel to it. That is one of the reasons we chose it online. It was quite expensive, but most other places in the area were even more.

Beautiful Inn, lovely room sorry it was so cold 🥶 hope u took some warm clothes.

We took a hoodie, and I bought another one. She also had a light jacket. To be honest, I prefer this weather over it being too hot. When we were in Dodge City, it was about 100°. We were miserable. I would take this any day.

Small towns out west tend t be rather expensive on both hotels and restaurants. The local governments also take "a piece of the action' with tourist-specific taxes. Then, add proximity to Yellowstone. Include a limited tourist season. Not to mention perhaps a high cost of living. Net result? Eye-popping hotel rates and restaurant meals! Not excusing. Just explaining. Looks like a good place, though. Another good review video. God Bless!

Oh, I agree with you 100%. Everything you said, contributes to it. It's just not fun to have to pay it.

How beautiful is thalt. Looks fit for a king. Reminds you of a skiing lodge. Nice room! I heard Yellowstone is a wonderful place to see. Cannot wait to see more. ❤❤😊

Yes, it was very expensive. But believe it or not, it's one of the cheaper places we were able to find in that area for that week. Just being so close to the Park like that, you're going to pay ridiculous prices. We didn't like paying that for a room, but we figured that since it was something we don't do often, and it was sort of a once every few decades thing, we would go ahead.
