I agree with @VilzSkilz-pl2sh. A bit of visuals added to your videos can help understand people which area you are talking about. I would love to see some videos on a particular project, start to finish with each detail and each stage. I am studying to become a builder and would find these videos very handy

W the cost of materials & interest rates shooting up, the home I had designed 3 years ago is no longer affordable in one hit... What are your thoughts on this? Is it practical to go this way?

Hey No Charlie - Yes it's been a rough 3 years for prices. No, I do not believe it's practical; you really want to do it in one go. With inflation on the way down prices should ease and make things easier for people. Save up and wait for the right time to get it done right. All the best!

the plumbing bit..where do they get measurements from ? Builders plans I guess.Do they have a point of reference..only has to be out a few cm's and pipes will not fit hardware.

Correct John! The working drawings should have everything you need and you'll need to coordinate with your site supervisor.

Hi Peter great video thank you! At 1:40 you mention 'the frames', what are these usually made out of? Timber? Steel? And how do they differ from the 'steel or timber structural beams' you mention straight after?

Typically for our projects we use timber, but it could be steel 😎
