Theoretically if you spent all you had for stainless then started saving up from scratch for chongyue, starting from next week if you did dailies and full cleared events (based on current estimates in the timeline unless HG does a Dorothy move) you can save up at least 100+ pulls by then, not to mention the free pulls the limited banner gives and maintenance compensation. Should this be enough to convince you to get stainless? Idk, depends on how much you have in stock and your teams but it was a good enough reason that he was a bri’ish cat boy to get him. I’m at rock bottom now and I’m going for chongyue as well lol

I think S3 is faster for offensive recovery operators since they'll keep attacking the turret.

Tried both skills and I found the S3 to be faster, mainly because the ops attack it and gain SP each hit while S2 makes you gains SP every 3 seconds, and when activated gains one every 2 seconds. S3 is more faster and you also get some dps with the bots as well

No because her S2 recovers SP per second instead of SP ON ATTACK. You can use Stainless's S2 to charge Indra's skill faster

The main advantage of stainless is that he converts attacks into ranged damage, which chen cant do

stainless can also do other things than just filling up offensive SP recovery. Heal on demand for reaper guard & musha, lightning rod for passenger, S2 bait for Pozyomka, extra food for mizuki s3 so he doesn't deplete his health for lack of targets, to name a few.

I myself use Ch'en as a battery in global but even with her module the SP regen is way too slow compared to Stainless.
