I have two stainless steel work table that I purchase from a restaurant supply store. One is a beefier version of this table that I have my outdoor gas pizza oven on and can roll it between the patio deck and the house. The other is a 6" prep table that holds a bunch of my machines including my sous vide, vacuum sealer, pasta maker, and juicer. (Also fitted out my utility room with a two sink stainless steel restaurant sink. I can wash tall stock pots in it no problem.) I highly recommend tricking out your kitchen with professional gear from a restaurant supply store. Restaurants are always failing, so you can get like-new used items relatively cheap.
