I have limited fixed space for stairs with Room height - 10' Total length req for all treads 5'+1.5'+1.5'= 8' ( 1.5' in extension beyond the wall after flight 1), so basically i have 6.5" for the flight 1 in room space. According to your formula if i take RISER - 8" TREAD- 10" Flight steps would be - 7.5. Taking it 7 , the whole problem resolves. Is it going to work. Is there any glitch u want to point out. Kindly answer it asap.
