The First Stairclimbing wheelchair in India by REHAMO. The Stairclimbing Wheelchair is designed to help transport riders up and down stairs safely and efficiently. It is lightweight and portable Mobile Stairlift that does not require pre-installed tracks.
To prevent injury, it is recommended that the operator be properly trained in the Stairlift's use, and that they first practice ascending and descending stairs without a rider. In just one charge you can use it 800 times.

Does the weight of person sitting on chair borne by the one leading the wheelchair?

Two doubts.. While moving up in stairs..the chair is so much reclined backwards.. is there a adjustable provision., to keep reclining angle less than 10 to 20 degree? Secondly..why is the warranty on battery only 6 months? If we are not using the chair..will the battery go off ? Please reply.

How does it work? I mean is it automatic,so the person handling it do not bare the weight or is it mannual,I mean someone has to pull or push when moving up & down? Weight of the user is 90kg,can it take the load?

Yes, it is automated and is operated by the caregiver using a push-up and down button. The wheelchair can carry up to 150 kg of weight.

Can it function for climbing 1 step? Can it function for irregular treads and risers of stairs? For example one step is 6" rise and 10" tread another is 8" rise and 9" tread .

Very interesting, and also, to me i see no need for all those racing seatbelts... the main danger is the helper person slipping or even falling and lettin go, the belts are the least of your worries,am i wrong?

Dear Sir, The safety belts provided with the Stair Climbing Wheelchair prevent the user from falling off if they experience involuntary movements like spasms. When the attendant loses their grip on the handlebar of this mobility aid, it stays on the stairs at the same position, instead of slipping down the stairs. The attendant can then continue controlling the Stair Climbing Wheelchair.
