I just made a huge pot of collards for Thanksgiving. My neighbors ask me to make them every year. Most had never had collards previous to the first time I took them to dinner. 👍🏽

I❤ to see different recipes for Cornbread to! Back When-I was taught to put in some Creamed Corn for Moisture, Plus-Bacon Bitz! (Dont always have smoked Ham)! Try simmering the smoked pork for a good 45-1 hour. Then add the greens . Make an awesome smoked pork stock. It’s money doooood!
