Collins Ongaya look again. his arm doesn't make contact with his side. the body is slightly above the arm, giving him enough space to turn the body in the air, to go down into a handglide. but from a handglide to a 2000 is the real challenge. because it's very difficult to keep the balance, pushing the body up while spinning.

Ya I used to attempt the execution but would always have my hand slip from under me pushing up got a nasty rotator cup injury from the falls.
