The song is a loop clipped from "Battleground of the Bear" by Tim Winn. It starts playing when you've got a 3x bonus on your Threat Meter from decimating your opponent.
All pictures and the song are property of Electronic Arts. The audio was recorded straight from the game using FRAPS, the pictures are from the official web site, and this video was edited using Windows Movie Maker. Please support Tim Wynn's amazing music :)

+Amael Zaekil Sorry,I meant Kirov airships if you guys were so confused. (Krukoff is the name from General Krukoff but when the mission where he betrays you I kept thinking: KIROV AIRSHIP BOMB HIS BASE!!!) Kirov airships are very useful in terms of destroying most buildings efficiently or just kaboom the troops despite their lack of speed (it's quite slow and vulnerable to aviation units/anti-aircraft that will take them down). I appreciate your remarks especially on KIROV airships :) . If I made any mistakes in the details I apologize and it would be helpful if you notice any. Kirov airship reporting. If anyone hasn't tried yet, when you use the leech beam on a dreadnaught you get the VR's missile launcher. It fires at the same rate as the VR..meaning very slowly. Used leech beam on a Aircraft Carrier and got a little plane on the side.

I know, right? Red Alert 1 was all about "What if these crazy war inventions worked?" Then Red Alert 2 came along and made it 100x crazier. Then Red Alert 3 came along and made it 100x crazier than that. This series hasn't taken any kind of turns, it's just been continuing to do what it's done since the start. And I'm happy with the result of RA3. It's different enough to not feel like it was lazily slapped-together in a couple of months like so many other games.

Why do people hate Red Alert 3? As someone who played Rise of Nations and Age of Emires 2 (DE) before, I find this game very interesting. After looking around many comments, it seems mainly due to blind hate towards EA and not giving the game a chance.

My only guess is because the game was developed with eSports in mind, so it felt different from previous installments. The game has fewer units, a faster pace, and tons more micromanagement than its predecessors. But I've always thought of it as a fantastic game. The story missions are fun and well-paced and the gameplay feels strategic and balanced. And even though Klepacki didn't helm the music, I feel the OST has a lot of great tracks.

It had its issues. The co-op mode can be frustrating at times. Also, the graphics look goofy. They are not gritty like the ones in Tiberium Wars, and they don't necessarily have to be, and yet they seem like a downgrade. Aside from this, I heard that many people don't like the game because of its naval focus. And these people are downright stupid. I'd kill for a chance to have naval units in Tiberium Wars and Generals, and I mean the main games, not mods. It is the naval warfare that makes the Red Alert games more relatable than Generals and other C&C games.

@munapaska MCV and Sputnik nothing. Yet the Grinder I think you mean the Crusher Crane, you don't get anything from that either. Use leech beam on any Naval or Land mechanical, doesn't work with Infantry or Terror Drone.

AKM 106 with bayonet, and most of the AK family that is under license production, like the CV, or Type series are all damn near the same, very little actual difference aside from looks and model subtype ( short barrel, long barrel, under folding stock, side folding stock, collapsable stock, wooden stock)

A great majority of soviet weapons had a bayonet. Knowing their weapons was not all the way to modern the enemy soldiers often made one mistake... Come to close. They stoped making such weapons as they modernized their army. But they still made alot of weapons who had one.
