I had a serious problem of fast talking plus stammering. When i user to talk fast no one had understood then. Stammering brought my life to hell.. As sarad sir is telling about voice control, i did the same that time with meditation. Now I am a science teacher ...... I too have a inspiration story ..

I used to stammer a lot and there was a day when i went to break bread at shop and wasnt able to spell out B B B and the shopkeeper said what deeds his parents would have done to born a child like him. My relatives everyone said mujhe job nhi milegi kahi etc etc....but i got my job at Clarivate in Patent sector. I quit the job after two years and appeared for AFCAT cleared SSB 1 gandhinagar batch 2020 G-496 (SSC) in my first attempt. Since it was SSC i didnt opt it and started prep for UPSC. It has been three years now preparing for civils. If i can conquer it you can also do the same.❤ dont give uo

There are also musculoskeletal causes and/or nutrition deficiency reasons which are not identifiable at all and which many medical practitioners are also not aware of, often resulting in gross mis-diagnosis/wrong diagnosis. Even to the extent that, sometimes stammerers are referred to psychiatrists bcoz parents think that stammering is not a real problem at all. The range of severity and underlying causes is so vast, that it is literally hell navigating through all of this.

I don't have stammering but i talk very like very very fast i can talk sentence after sentence without breathing which make my speech unclear to people understand but when ever i talk on phone calls i talk very normally and also i have very heavy voice or deep like sharad sir so when ever i talk on phone calls people thinks Iam a very old person but when they meet me they find a difference in my voice because of my talking speed also i 22 year old boy .I want to fix it I want to talk normally in real life face to face people but my talking Speed makes it very difficult from which is lose my breath and feels like i stammer
