Jill, Wow! Amazing cards. My Hubby & I made a winter scene with a red house & die cut trees for our 282 cards this yr. I did paint splatters for the 1st time & used a paint brush. Some were bigger splatters than what I hoped for, but it's ok. It's definitely a technique I wished I had practiced a bit more bit oh well. I still like the card. 😊

What a gorgeous scene card Jill. I kid you not when I say you are the best scenes' creator. Your painting technique is fantastic! Wow. Your cards are beautiful. You are so talented. The background of the card you made on video wasn't earth shattering until you pulled the making paper off!! Stunning! I swear I felt the house move!!! It's so fun to watch you "fuss" with the markers, ink and water! Those little extra's make a huge difference. I love your approach to shadow. I watch video's and designers get very technical about where shadows go and why. I DO appreciate their talent and it's good information but it's so far above my head it's depressing. I just don't get it. If I tried to follow those "rules" when making a card, I would end up in tears. The shadows on your cards are perfect (imo), look realistic and your "directions" are easy to understand! I know this is something I can do without tears!!! TFS great tips and beautiful cards! hugs, gr
