Goodmorning Kylie, I actually take 2 of the kit blocks, putting them together with glue dots. Using one in each corner and one in center. Making the block thicker which prevents inky fingers lol.

Haha. I just had the same thing with scones. Realized, after two tries!! 😂 My baking powder was old. That’s why they weren’t rising 😖 Nice job with the cards ☺️

The kit blocks are too thin so just tape 2 of them together and that helps a bit ❤😊

Hi Kylie, I buy my yeast in bulk, and put the bulk of it in my freezer. It keeps for a long time that way.
