We use the journaling pens directly on the stamps and for coloring!! It’s nice when you have flower stamps so you can ink up the stems in green and the petals in any color and stamp both colors at the same time!

YES!!!!! 😍😍😍 I am so excited about this! I am teaching this technique in my customer group next week! It’s very cool! We never did this in CTMH so it’s a new thing for all my customer and I’m sure other people as well! It’s going to be so much fun!!! 🥰

I store my 12x12 papers in record album sleeves I get from Amazon. Even 2 packs of paper can fit into 1 sleeve. Welcome to Stampin Up.

Welcome to Stampin’ Up. There are a couple You Tube demonstrators that show how to use the Paper Pumpkin kits in many different way, even using the envelopes as layers for things. So fun. Problem with SU is there are so many things on my Wish List that my budget isn’t ready for!!!! Your customers can continue using CTMH and just add SU items now. I buy the Stampin’ Write Markers with colors I don’t have. You can use the brush end to put on stamps to either make multi color images or just use plain on a stamp. If I like the color then I will invest in the ink pad. I also buy the Multi Color Paper Packs. These give you two sheets of each color. If I like one or more than I will buy a pack. It’s a less expensive way to try more colors. I will be checking out your videos. Also I like to keep my dies separate from the stamp set because a lot of the die sets have dies that are extras that can be used for other other projects and you won’t remember where they are.

Welcome to Stampin up. Zip bags sound awesome for your papers. I just open the shrink wrap around the stampin up papers at the top and keep the paper in that. It's not as nice as having a zip loc but works.

So excited to watch your journey with Stampin' Up and thrilled we ended up on the same team. 🙂 When you were unboxing the kit your purchased, you were talking about the flat white circles. I'm pretty sure those are glue dots. Stampin' Up includes those in a lot of the kits, both the regular kits and the Paper Pumpkin subscription boxes.

Stamp-n-Storage has the best magnet sheets and pocket holders for the dies. Or they have the size that fits in the stamp case. The best magnetic sheets I have ever found!!!

I’ve been in demonstrator going on six years now, but I have been ordering close to my heart for a little while because I’ve been trying to get back into scrapbooking and I find it really difficult because Stampin’ Up doesn’t have so much scrapbooking stuff and, I don’t have the imagination to put papers together and stuff to do my scrapbook. So I became a preferred customer not not a maker, but I still got deals and I am really sad to know that CTMH is closing, but was really pleased to know that Stampin’ Up stepped up to the plate and has been so welcoming and is going to embrace some of CMH product. I liked your walk-through. You guys learned a lot .I’ve watched another girl who did this too and you learned a lot about Stampin’ Up already. look forward to watching more of your videos. It’s exciting that SU is bringing in a scrapbook line, so that will be so much fun! I have lots of ideas and will have a layout on my channel next week using SU products. I love making cards but scrapbooking is my jam! I hope you watch and I look forward to your feedback after. I’m thinking you will love all the new products SU brings on in the near future. @@tawnyaroberts7028 OK, so I've gone back through the paper collections and decided I like the Country Woods paper pack the best, 2nd is Nature's Sweetness (You didn't show this one). I've thought about your question about the journaling markers and you could blend with them, combine colors to create a new color, of course you would use them to color in stamped images and make ephemera and since they are water based (I think that's what I heard) you could watercolor with them.

On your stamp pads. If you take a birthday candle and run it along the track inside your stamp container it will close and open a little easier

I love the Paper Pumpkin kits and all the other kits. Really fun to put together and a great value. You don't always get a block in the kit. I think only the first time you order one do you get a block. So that may be something to double check on that and let your customers know. Excited to see what you make with all the SU stuff.

Hi Nancy. I love them too! Thanks for letting me know. This particular paper pumpkin kit came in my demonstrator kit and I went back and rewatched the video to make sure I had said that and I did. I don’t want to tell anyone wrong!!! 🥰 The block came in the Light the Candles Card Kit that I purchased right before I signed up with SU. I went onto the site and the kit contents says it comes with an Acrylic Stamp Block. I did see that not all the kits on line come with a block. If you look at contents of each one they specify if they do or not. I’m not sure if you purchase the PP subscription if you only get one once

I did look up the kit contents to that kit as well and it does not come with a block. So maybe you have gotten some with and some without. I’m definitely going to ask about the subscriptions though.

In that first pumpkin kit I think the small things with the dementionals is glue dots. They have individual paper to peal off.

It is a toss up between the country lane & the unbounded beauty paper collections. Jayma used the latter one in her first double page spread, whereas Erin bought the coffee paper collection & made it up, so it is going to be interesting to see what everyone uses first in their collection & whether they use both companies in their layout or not!!

Comments continued! Uhm. Inspiration. In the new Annual Catalog that great page with all the storage options? The peg board, the little cups, the wire baskets - nope, not from SU. Sorry! Many demos were upset about these pages, because they can be seen as somewhat misleading. New Stampin' Pads are juicy; often too juicy to get good results with the DistINKtive stamps - and those stamps are INCREDIBLE. Initially, the lids can be tough to slide in and out. There was this cute trick to do something about that, which I of course forgot. I think maybe talcum powder, but then be very careful to not get powder on your ink! About 3 years ago, I had finally purchased the ink pads in all color families. I haven't reinked a single pad since! I did reink my Memento, but hey, that's used most often. The alcohol based Stampin' Blends are awesome. Some demos are true artists and those on YT usually offer classes! The reason I joined almost immediately 4 years ago? Excellent quality, customer service, COLOR COORDINATION, inspiration and classes on YT and Pinterest and NO obligation to sell, post videos, do workshops etc. All of that, I got. In addition, I found a global community of people sharing my hobby. Some demos have been there from the start of the company. Some quit and came back later. Here's to wishing all CTMH makers and customers a wonderful new adventure and journey with Stampin' Up! WELCOME!

Hi! I'm an SU hobby demo from The Netherlands and want to welcome you to "my" company, that I love so much. However, I'm a wee bit jealous as the Paper Pumpkin Kits are only available in the US and Canada ... In the US there's a firm called Stampin' Storage; they offer ANY kind of storage item that will fit SU products perfectly. They do ship abroad, but oh my, the $$$! Often, dies from Bundles that go with Suites will cut out some images on the Designer Series Paper or DSP. Try out your duck dies, they're an example.
