Let's go back to the basics of stamping nail art. Today, I want to go over the basics of what nail stamping is. I will cover how to prep your stamping plate and what tools you will need to stamp nail art. I will be using few stamping polishes that I enjoy using like clear Jelly stamper, Kads and Born Pretty and why sometimes going for affordability and knockoffs stamping plates are not always the best idea as you can run into problems as you're trying to transfer your nail art image from your stamping plate to your Jelly stamper. I clean my stampers/the plastic with also dish soap.. I get the stamper out and let the plastic soak a bit and then wipe with a clean towel.. 😊 it's truly a struggle to keep them clean, and I'm not even using them much.. 🤭😋

Oh, I forgot to mention how to clean the stamper heads if they get really bad. Yes, just some soap and water does the trick.🤗💙 thank you for sharing how you clean yours

If u change the angle when scraping the image it will work. Also, you mention you like CJS I have some CJS, but my favorite stamping polish is Shemodern it’s very sticky n will pick up every time

Yes, love, I topcoat over my gel polish with a matte topcoat first, then I stamp over that.💙🤗

Hi luv, I love this video. I know I've always said I don't like stamping, I think it's because I know the good quality plates aren't cheap and so many different things are needed to be able to use them. When cleaning the stamper, are you supposed to use acetone or alcohol? I know there's one you're not supposed to use, but I can't remember which one it is. Take care hun 💜

You clean the stamper on a lint roller. To wash them, use Dawn dish soap, rinse, flick the stamper to flick the water off, and place on a piece of paper to dry (copy paper is the best....less lint).

Hey love, as for the jelly heads you don't want to use alcohol or acetone. I made a short video on how to clean them. But just soap and some water. And let dry on some printer paper or any white paper. kzfaq.infocp5QX9YX8nc?feature=share
