Surprise Chef is the best musical journey I had in a long time. Every new musician or new sound engineer should listen to their album "All news is good news", to me it is a sonic masterpiece 🎶🎧🎶 Can't wait to hear new staff coming out of this band in the future !

I randomly woke up at 3 AM this morning. I told Siri to play me some music to go back to sleep. A1 Bakery Pledge of Allegiance came on. First listen to the band. Now I’m hooked. These guys are GOOD. Reminds me of how I got into Khruangbin!

sound guy is way to leftist. great jam though. he even has a loose connection buzzing somewhere. find someone who is pretty much a band member on the desk dudes. you deserve it. its just such unbalanced mixing man.

Hey Rob, the sound engineer is in fact Henry Jenkins, who has tracked and engineered every Surprise Chef recording to date. He is also, as you put it, pretty much a member of the band. There is definitely some hum coming from the instruments and amps, which you'll also hear on the records, but that doesn't bother us personally. Thanks for the feedback though!
