Its when something moves you spiritually (emotions are felt/expressed) or physically (goosebumps/hair stands on your neck). And that definitely happened here! You said it that you feel it in your soul :). I also seen you doing what we call Wiriwiri (wih-ree-wih-ree), where you shake your hands. Not sure if you did that intentionally, but we do that in our traditional dances. We do it to represent the shimmer of water, shaking of the leaves, waves of the ocean, rainfall & trembling of the earth in an earthquake.
