At most, you're only going to get a slight advantage when your legs are at full extension, but even a lot of upright freezes require a huge amount of strength to do quickly, let alone slowly. There's muscles being used outside of their mid-range (where they're strongest), slow transitions when he's doing _fingertip_ handstands, and so many other techniques that require real skill to pull off with that degree of control.

That being said: He turned his "disability" into a superpower. Even with his lighter than avarage legs he is doing planches, WITHOUT SCAPULAR PROTRACTION, on his fingertips, and not just holding the still static move, he is playing with it and almost effortles changes positions during the hold. That requires some elite strenght

Junior was known in the breakdancing scene. He's been around since the 90s and almost close to becoming a Red Bull BC One champion in 2005 but Lilou beat him that year. Junior has a polio but that didn't stop him from becoming a breakdancer. He's one of the strongest Bboys of his era.
