RIght man now I've realized now I gotta start respecting myself no more letting people disrespect me and call me names, now is when I draw the line. Nobody is gonna come in the rescue I have to speak up myself. Now is when I draw the line dammit.

I, for the first time in my 24 years of life, just told my friends my boundaries, they responded negatively, twisting the fact that they had just made fun of me on my expense around into guilting me into apologizing. I finally decided to stop taking it, told them off, and cut off all communication. It feels lonely, but I know I did the only right thing. This speech reassured me so much.

I choose to allow it to build me up. I am in the process of releasing toxic people from from life. It feels GOOD!

Made me cry when said when people are not sensitive to who you are

Be prepared, this is a lonely road but very aspiring. Just know the times will get harder but the results will be greater. The pain of being alone still hasn't left me and it's been 3 years so far, but my outward progress and the things I've accomplished is greater than ever.

I'm living in a country with an oppressive government, and millions who put their blind faith in that government. And all my life I've felt like I'm surrounded by and being suffocated by those millions. Today, something happened that I can no longer ignore and keep quiet about. Mr. Les Brown I thank you for being who you are. I been struggling very badly with many issues. I come to realize that the more I do for others who don't care and appreciate what I do is a crime against myself. I faced the fact that I must let someone/some people go and walk away from them because the pain they caused me is much to deep. I fear doing it due to worry of what lies will be told... you helped me to see what I know already but doubted and second guessed. I am most important in my life. I am worth more than being spoken to and about in a negative way. I give love and if I'm not being loved back I have the right to WALK AWAY... Yes it's not easy but it's a must if I want to focus on growth and inspire others as they inspire me. Once again I thank you very much. I have come to the cross road in this toxic friendship and it's time to move into friendships that lift and not tear down. It's up to me to BE KNOCKED DOWN OR STAND UP FOR MYSELF.

@ 2:29 Wow...I never heard this from Les Brown nor did I think anyone would ever understand me. I live alone because of this and did draw the line with everyone in my life that crossed me the wrong way and did not back off. What hurt the most was having to do this to my mother an father. Only when I showed everyone they cannot walk all over me, control me did they stop trying to abuse me. It left me very depressed and full of rage. I was always very sensitive, emotional and mentally weak. I made up for it being physically stronger then most. The gym kept me going along with staring into the abyss as I created art on my computer. I had several bouts of depression and rage in my life because I was once disabled, then I was poor and when my own family turned on me It almost killed me. If anyone else ever has to go through this I share this with you hoping you stay strong and keep standing. Don't let your mind be ruled and find a way to get your peace and remove anyone who tries to harm you and tell you can't be who you want. I'm now healthier in my life and some of my family have started to become apart of my life again. This is very difficult for me as I still struggle with anger. Hopefully this helps someone.

The one time i finally gathered my strength and spoke to a bully in private and confronted her woman to woman...she panicked and woke up the men in the house, fake cried and ran away. I am going through this right now. I was pulled over by a deputy for a inoperable taillight and I checked them and it was operable and it could be a illegal stop. I am getting all the paperwork in order to file a complaint against the deputy. I told my family and friends about, but they say you acting childish and you should let it go. I feel abused and they are trying shame me for doing this because they are afraid.

He's right. He was right all along. All my life, I may have been fed with the wrong food. I was told to do, to help others, for some reason that I took, because all I knew. And I rebelled. I rebelled cause it was a natural thing. A cause that even people like me knows this... "Don't follow orders your whole life. Think for yourself." That even people like me can take limits on what we've gone through, either being laughed at, ordered around or even judged by people that isn't God. All thanks to misunderstanding and ignorance. My family's among them. I spent every single time of my life helping them for some petty chores and needs. All to satisfy them. I stood up for myself with my angry courage and my motivation to never to respect all, trust all. I just wished I wanted to be independent, no matter how grave the circumstances are for me. But I had enough of my family's domineering and misunderstanding. Better to live up to my name and beliefs than to be treated like a slave.

I went up against my family's domineering bullshit ever since I never cared about what they think. This video helped. It's not easy to stand up for myself in a family of Conservatives and people who hate Communism with every pore of their bodies. Don't get me wrong, I love my family, but sometimes, I start to fear if I lose my faith in Communism. But, the more I get attacked for what I believe in or the more I get told to "give it up", the more radical and dedicated to Communism I become. I guess passion does help a lot.
