there is Egyptian man very powerful than this can cutting coin by one hand and Lifting a large trolley with one hand, but it is submerged, and the world has not yet discovered its name, the Egyptian Green Man or Shamshoum al-Asr. you know what he'd do to you if he caught you saying that? He'd grab your skull, wrap a towel around it, and then kinda press into it with his hands, and then he'd reposition the skull behind his right lower leg, and use everything he's got to make the top of your head burst open. and then a truck would back over his crotch.

Physics is great. There are reasons he uses certain types of materials like the cloth on the horseshoe which helps add force to pressure spots. This is more for show then true strength. Just tricks.

For the most part the cloth is used to get a good grip on it, but I get what you are saying. It’s not as easy as you think even with the wrap mate. I’d like to see you do one for us

I'm 6'7" and not even as muscular as him and I can lift a truck, I can bend steel, I can lift a whole railroad log over my head and throw it 6ft away.
