I received this Stanley Lunch Box as a gift for Christmas so I could bring my coffee set up on hikes and picnics. The only thing it was missing was a tray. Time to DIY....

TOOLS USED
-Safety glasses
-Tape measure
-Drill & Drill Bits (3/32" bit for pilot holes & 3/16 bit for main holes)
-Jigsaw for small cuts and rounds cuts (can also be used for bigger cuts, it's just not as accurate)
-Mitre saw (or Skillsaw) for straight cuts (not necessary if all you have is a Jigsaw)
-Vise or clamps (not necessary but makes things a lot easier. See here: www.homedepot....)
-Sand paper and sanding block
-Hammer & Centre punch (not necessary but makes your drilling more accurate)
-Rubber gloves (not necessary but makes clean up easier)
-Microfibre cloth
-Chisel (not necessary but can come in handy to clean up cuts gone awry)
SUPPLIES USED
-3/8" x 1 1/2" Oak moulding slats (www.homedepot....)
-Rope/Cord. I used leather work boot laces (www.canadianti...)
-Toggle (can be purchased from any hardware store or fabric store)
-Butcher block stain (It's food safe. I used Watco Butcher Block Stain: www.rustoleum....)
