I used ours for the first time this past weekend. And literally all the water just poured right through into the cup. It was like dirt water. Not sure what I did wrong.

I'm not sure what could've been wrong. Maybe the filter didn't seal. Thx for watching

you need a certain grind. If it is too fine that can be a problem. The water will go through it. You need a course ground coffee for a pour over method.

Is there anybody who can explain why this coffee machine is not covered while making coffee? Doesn't it cause the coffee colder?
