In this episode Charlie and I head offshore on the X3 bayboat for some hand crank deep dropping. Snowy Grouper and Tilefish opened up the day before on May 1st so they were the target species. The first couple hours was slow with just a few tilefish but then I asked Charlie if we should head further offshore and look for a snowy grouper. He said of course we should, so we took a chance and it paid off! First drop out deeper we got a big snowy grouper and then headed back home to cook it up. Charlie whipped up some magic and prepared a delicious dinner with both snowy grouper and tilefish for taco Tuesday! Enjoy!
