Would the fight have ended differently if she stated "Shigaraki's body" instead ? Physically its still technically Shigaraki's body. And if so, she still should have destroyed the Shigariki part of the the All for One and Shigaraki combination which was still in shigaraki's body. Which would have left All for One's conscience without a vessel. They did her so dirty in this fight. That has to have been the thickest plot armor that I've ever seen in an anime. The end of this fight was the end of the series for me.

The majority of the explosion is blocked by the earth surrounding the hole, some of the explosion enters the hole itself but it can only go so deep, the explosion isn't like water pouring inside a hole. So if you go deep enough itll eventually be too deep for the explosion to reach, but it's still going to cause immense heat thats easily able to burn off your skin.

Same way Star and all the pilots survived, plot. Every nuke in the US arsenal is vaporizing everything within a mile and killing everything with 10 and they sent a dozen.

It did affect him tho, you can see him being badly damaged despite bottlenecking the explosion. Its just his hyper-regeneration quirk is very powerful

@@channingdavis5541 It could work but we can never know. They vaguely claim that her quirk has limits as a lame justification why certain rules will not work. I am just working with what is demonstrated in canon. She has the feat to control quirks themselves. So I assume using it on AFO would work even if Shigaraki is having an identity crisis. If AFO opposes other quirks like New Order, he would've lost control of it just like how he can't control New Order. Additonally, since AFO is the reason why he can steal and hold quirks in the first place, it's reasonable he'd lose control over all other quirks, too.

@@channingdavis5541 yeah I addressed that in the first stanza. There are rules that don’t work. So unless it is a feat demonstrated by Star in canon, any and all naysayers can just claim that it is one of the those rules that does not work. It would be a he said, she said. Pure speculation with lots of hurt feelings That’s why I am playing it safe and sticking with canon feats

wouldnt work. she already did that once and it didnt work, its because he doesnt know who he is anymore so rules on a single person wont work because hes 2 ppl in 1 and without an actual name. her rule was "if tomura shigaraki moves even an inch, his heart will stop" and that rule failed. also she cant just use her quirk to end someone as he doesnt have that kind of power outright else they could just use it in that same way to instantly beat all for one.

Thats literally how nuclear bunkers work, theyre undergeound, nukes dont create huge craters like asteroids and if you have a hole deep enough you'll die of course but because of heat and radiation, your body wont get turned to atoms like as if you were in the heart of the explosion, so there is nothing wrong with that

Always seems to be the issue when a series lets a villain be invincible for too long-almost impossible to resolve the story.
