After 15 yrs of policy holding, I am raising Flag about poor service and performance. Even if there is a genuine claim with all documents submitted there are high chances of rejection without a valid reason. There are no communication channel to address grievance, you will not get any support. I will suggest instead of buying insurance do a seperate SIP and accumulate emergency funds for future

You have missed major point here. Care Supreme has limitation, you can take treatment only in Zone of your postal address, company will not pay if claim is in other zone. Example: I am residing in Bangalore, my address is Bangalore. In case I had to take treatment in Mumbai or Delhi, that will be considered as different zone w.r.to Bangalore and CLAIM WILL BE REJECTED.

Good information, This is not in Star. Deductible option is best for affordable price.What other benefits are inbuilt in Star Assure are covered in CARE with EXTRA PREMIUM as a rider.

@@pallaviashtekar684 Star is pathetic a claim process. 3 times , different instances they delayed claim process by 3 days. Manipal, Motherhood, Apollo... all say as feedback claim process in star is pain. Customer Care is pathetic, they are not in sync with claim.

Mam, Nobody tells bout how many years we need to pay for optional benefit if i choose PED reduce to 1year(should we pay eztra for 1 year ped or for default 4 years ped or lifetime) & if i choose cumulative bonus super (should we pay upto 5years or lifetime). Your reply is appreciatable

Once you choose PED reduction Rider in Care Supreme for any number of years, you must have to pay it to the 4 years including inflation as applicable.

Ab confusion ye hai ki mein care se CARE SUPREME mein migrate krwana chahta hu plan apna. Toh kya mera NCB BONUS JO 3LAKH KA HAI EXTRA WO BHI NEW POLICY ME CARRY FORWARD HOGA YA NAHI? 😢😢 AUR JO (PED WAITING PERIOD HOTA HAI) WO BHI CARRY FORWARD HOGA KI NHI.) @@AlkalineMind 1. Policy migrate ke tym pe tmhe care supreme plan ka sum assured choose krna pdega, isme NCB bonus carry forward nhi hota h. 2. PED waiting period carry forward hota h, plan migrate ke tym pe. Care me 4 saal ka PED hai, so tmhre liye voh 1 saal bchega carry forward ke baad.

Madam kindly check, I think there is no copayment in star assure policy, if a person joins the policy before 61 years & continues there after. Only there is a copayment if the person joins after 61 years

There is no co-payment if age of entry is less than 61. But, Star Health is popular for under settling your genuine claims citing the Reasonable and Customary Clause. So, beware of that thing.

For same reason as for this question I am looking for guidance because as you have said in video "For all policy holder there is co payment after 61 years though if someone buy policy at age of 30.
