Real incident happened in one of a company i was working. My company HR made some behind the curtain deal with his friend's start-up and supplied good resources to that friend's company. Each month 3 to 4 guys were putting paper. Company did a investigation and tracked down the culprit. Then my owner went to that company and stood outside the gate for two days and made an offer to almost all employee. He made promises that he will give 50% hike. With in two months that start-up company lost all its resources and started to beg to this owner.Later that company is accusation (M&A) this big company. IT industry la idhellam sadharanam apaa..
