So, the Aetherians can't enter Fluidic Space because it disrupts them. Sounds similar to the Iconians can't time travel because it messes with their minds. And the Borg Kingdom are invading Fluidic Space because it can lead to other universes. The Tholians and the Undine are being cautious and don't fully trust the Aetherians. Not surprising they are xenophobic species. However, no ones know much about the Aetherians, so it is possible they may be right to be suspicious of them. Edit: Right after the Mirror Borg Unimatrix or Unicomplex is destroyed, suddenly the Aetherians create a pocket of space that allows them to be in Fluidic Space. They say they are doing this to make sure that another Vortex doesn't shows up in Fluidic Space, and they say want to help the Undine with this issue, but the Undine commander says that his people will be watching them since they find it rather suspicious which I agree. Also 55:45 to 55:55 This explains why that one mirror borg looked confused when it looked at Harry Kim in that earlier mission. Edit 2: I didn't expect the player's character to be assimilated and I feel bad for Kuumaarke. She almost gets assimilated by the Borg in the previous mission but luckily the Borg Kingdom had a hard time trying to do that. And she gets traumatized when seeing the player's character as a Borg and trying to assimilate her since she considers the character as a friend and seeing her friend turned into a drone scared her.

I found this episode to be fantastic I was not prepared for the middle and end of the episode. I can't wait to see where the story goes from here in STO.

This was a long but awesome episode. the Assimilation part was unexpected but well done. I was not expecting Harry to be the Borg King either. Also I am wondering if he was in fact stalling or maybe he was hinting at the Aetherians's not being as benevolent as they seem.

It’s been bugging me whether the Aetherians are a totally new Star Trek race or if they’re from some show I haven’t watched, they just seem really familiar. Then I remembered that they were in XCOM Enemy Unknown

I Is it that you are underneath it? I can't seem to do any damage to the big ship before being wiped out by the entire Borg fleet. I get that I might not be specc'd as well as you, but I mean dang, You take it out quick.

How are ppl destroying that last ship so easily I have dying for 3 hours straight in this 1 area. it has spawned over 20 enemy probes of various types and I cannot get near it?
