I like it! However, Pandemic actually had dialogue written for the mission: Intro: "Officially, there was never a 'Clone Rebellion' on Kamino. Unofficially, approximately twenty years after we were created, a special detachment of the Imperial 501st legion was dispatched to Kamino with orders to eradicate an army of clones that had been bred to take arms against the Empire. For many of us, it was the first time we'd seen the planet of our birth in nearly a decade." Outro: "Our new TIE fighters quickly outmatched the old ARC170s of our rebellious cousins. As we zoomed to the planet's surface, we braced ourselves for what would surely be the strangest battle of our lives." The Space Kamino intro is mostly the same as the stock Kamino mission's intro. Before Space Kamino was scrapped, Kamino's intro was different (and in my opinion, superior to the one they ended up using): "To this day, I can't understand what motivated our creators to rise up against us. Had they gone mad? Had we failed them in some way? In the end, it really didn't matter. The Kaminoans had to be stopped and their army of treacherous gene cousins destroyed. The first few kills were the hardest. After all, it's hard not to get a little spooked when the enemy screams with your voice. We shook it off and did our job. Most of the troopers never knew about Kamino. Like a lot of things in the Empire, it never really happened." It may have had a different outro as well, but the PS2 beta does not have subtitles for the 501st journal, so it is long lost. Both the dialogue for the Space Kamino and original Kamino intros were recorded, but it is unknown if they ever recorded the dialogue for Space Kamino's outro (though I suspect they did, and it's sitting around on some hard drive somewhere in Lucasfilm, never to be heard again). So basically, you would have copied the opening cutscene dialogue from the ground-based Mustafar mission, and the finishing cutscene dialogue from the Kashyyyk space mission, and change a few of the key words.

I'm not sure if I'm gonna mess with the campaign missions, however, since a lot of the objectives seem like they were scrapped for good reason by Pandemic. I also don't really want to make several versions of each mission. But we'll see. I might come up with something.

@@DylanRocket oh, i understand. I'm fine with just adding stuff instead of adding multiple versions of the same thing or replacing anything, as i have an addon file specifically for stuff that would fit in the base game (no custom maps, just Marvel4's conversion pack and this space kamino)

I guess part of why I like modding Godzilla games is because almost nobody else does it whereas a lot of other games have huge modding communities actively developing mods for them. As for Battlefront modding, I actually don't make a lot of mods for it anymore. I used to when I was really young, but honestly, everything I made back then was garbage lol

I hope to do that someday, but I haven't gotten around to recording footage for it. I could just add it without video footage, but then it'd seem out of place. The biggest problem is that I'm not particularly good at video editing so it'd be a bit difficult to replicate the look of the stock cutscenes.

The original dialogue for the kamino ground assault was cut after they cut out this mission completely. Sucks cause of how dark the dialouge and cutscene was supposed to be after this mission. If you want the audio/cutscene I have it

I'd have to replicate all the filters they used on the gameplay footage to the campaign, otherwise it'll look out of place next to the others.

Just to make sure, do you have the unofficial v1.3 patch properly installed? That's a requirement for the "Campaign" mode to appear in the Instant Action list.

DylanRocket alright, one thing I'd like to see though, is a mix of the original cutscene dialogue for Kamino, but boba Fett still makes an appearance on the battlefront as a playable hero again, I thought it was fun playing as Boba tbh.

DylanRocket if you don't want to make multiple versions of each mission, I'd say that you should mix what works from the beta with what made it into the final product.

DylanRocket I think it'd be nice to have a bit of a fresh take on the campaign, just something new and different than the final, maybe with added objectives, and possibly the addition of bonus objectives like the ones in BF3 where you can't fit them in the main story, but it adds to the replay ability of the game.

The 1.1 patch is a requirement, but you must also install the unofficial 1.3 patch for this to show up properly in the Instant Action menu.
