@@SirCharlzTV You're absolutely right. I don't wanna see Revan getting butchered either. But you know what's worse? I've known so many people who love star wars but haven't heard of Revan. EVER. Good luck convincing people to play a 2004 game ,even if its modded. I don't wanna see his reputation tarnish. I just don't wanna see him fade into obscurity. (I've heard that Revan's in SWTOR too, but after diving deeper into story, seeing him remain captured by some emperor for years, I've decided to put it in the 'unspeakable' slot of my memory.)

Makes perfect sense the more I think about it. Reven was one of the most perfect embodiments of both Jedi and Sith ideology. In a way he was the "chosen one" of the old republic era.

@Henry Kloosterman I know almost nothing about DMing, my friend is usually the Forever DM of the group so sorry if I'm not sure😂 I'm basically using a custom system at this point, I got inspired by a Call of Cthulhu campaign and based a lot of the sheets and stats off of that (so, roll below a certain number for success, sanity is a thing, etc). I'm using a totally custom story (an Old Republic campaign I wrote called "Horror in Deep Space") and my own character sheets. I've even mixed some of Samuel Kim's music in different ways to time some of my scenes to a soundtrack! I get that it's a bit of a risk to run a custom system for someone's first time DMing and things may go awry, but whose first DM session goes perfect anyway?😁

Revan literally was the chosen one of the old republic, he mastered both light and dark. He even had force storm and teleportation. He went through all stages of a force user basically being a jedi Padawan using a blue lighsaber, than being a jedi knight using his og purple lighsaber, and then was a master at a time using green as well, then went on to become a sith using only a red lightsaber and saw through the jedi lies. Then he realized even the sith are wrong and became a grey jedi/anti hero type which had no sides. using both his red and purple lightsabers. and began his own thing and creating his own form mastering every aspect of the force and even stronger after his resurrection, in the old republic basically only vitiate could defeat him. He is definitely one of the strongest force users. Probaby top 5 ever.

What i like about Revan is that he is both an exceptionally gifted force user and a military genius on top. The dude could actually organize wars and accurately plan battles. Give him an army and he takes you down, force or no force. That's what surprised Mandalore the Ultimate. When Revan showed up he surely expected only another Jedi warrior. They are just single warriors after all. But not Revan. He outmaneuvered the mandalorian armies as a whole directing the republician army personally.

I absolutely love that you added your own melodies and phrasing based on the original theme, instead of just adding in more ornaments and phrasing to it and slap “epic” on it. I just want to say thanks Samuel Kim for the music. I'll be finishing a playthrough of KOTOR today and this music was the finishing glaze of an epic journey. Keep making great music from the Old Republic, you're a legend!

“I am Revan, and you are NOTHING!” I got chills by hearing that declaration from the heart of the force himself. Also, Revan looks extra dope in beskar armor, specifically Pure Beskar. As a certain dark lord of the Sith would say: “Impressive, most impressive.” Those KOTOR chorus in the beginning is a great tribute to both games, man, you’re making me want to play it again lol. Samuel Kim is the master of epic ness in his work.

In case you're interested, the original tracks are called "Shadow Of Revan" and "Occupation Of Balmorra". The video is kinda misleading, nothing from KOTOR here, just some SWTOR covers. Still good though.

Imagine if they made a KOTOR tv-series. Never say Revan is going to be in it. But make a completely fake trailer for it showing something completely different. Then you see the first pilot of it. A bunch of Jedi are boarding a ship. Then you see him. Cue the music. Darth Revan. Cue the flashbacks of Revans life.
