Day 6 aboard Disney Fantasy is another day at sea. However, this is no ordinary Day at Sea! This is Star Wars Day at Sea. It's great for big Star Wars fans and as not a massive fan myself, I'll give you my review of the day.
This vlog features a look at the BB-8 races, the atmosphere onboard and the Star Wars Day at Sea fireworks. In and around that, we venture to the fine dining of Palo's.
Throughout the vlog I'll be sharing some of my Disney Cruise Line planning and vacation tips as well as some little known facts of Disney Cruise Line.

Thanks for your honesty. Nothing more lonely than being alone on a Disney ship surrounded by families or couples enjoying themselves. I don't care how friendly staff & guests are, you are acutely aware of your solo status at all times & all activities. It's a lot of $ to pay for a vacation that you might not enjoy being on your own.

I watched a lot of KZfaq before my first cruise because I wanted to know what it was going to be like. After coming home last week from our incredible cruise I just wanted to let you know how much more I appreciate your vlogs. It’s a lot of work and you make it look so easy. It’s not. I enjoy all your vlogs immensely. I have a GoPro but was too lazy to put all the work into being behind the camera. Thank you! Keep on vlogging❣️

Just an FYI, for booking a future cruise, I believe you can just put down a $250 deposit for a "future cruise" and fully book it within the next 2 years to get a 10% discount, as well as a $100 on board credit. You don't need to actually book the cruise, unless something has changed since the last time I looked it up.

Did a "Building of the Dream" tour in March and one of the bar's is called Pub 687. Pretty cool they incorporated that onto the ship and make reference to it.

I absolutely love cruising Disney because there is sooo much to do all day and night. More so than I have found on other cruise lines. Plenty of activities and character interactions. Being on a themed Star Wars Cruise would have taken it to the next level for me! But it definitely takes a different personality type to be okay with attending activities solo. I am glad that you attempted this vacation on your own. That takes a lot of courage.

Adam, have you been on other cruise lines? I know you are Disney oriented but wondered. I have not been on Disney, but have been on Carnival 😝 Several Royal Caribbean🤗 and my very favorite is Celebrity 😍. I fell in love with Celebrity Summit years ago. I love it because it is not a mega-ship and a very friendly staff sails on it. Everyone makes me feel so comfortable and welcomed. My favorite island is Bermuda. Traveling alone on a little smaller ship works well for me. Sometimes I am directionally deprived and being alone, I just do not feel comfortable as a woman on the big ships. I have been spending my days trying to get caught up on all your videos. I love Disney, so it is all very familiar to me. I love your videos so so much.

It's 42 degrees...and the heater is on in April. I would have been very happy to sneak into the suitcase and go along... Fortunately, I think it's finally supposed to get to 70 degrees later this week. Disney cruises are expensive...that's true. My only concern is I don't know if I'm prone to seasickness or not; but this cruise looks like fun :)

Not gonna lie, was disappointed in today’s video. We’ve been looking forward to watching the Star Wars Day at Sea vlog for the past 6 weeks and there was basically no Star Wars shown. It would have been nice to at least see what characters were available for meet and greets. And maybe going over the Navigator for the day. Or at least show the Imperial takeover show. ☹️

I had the exact same thoughts! I really have no better understanding of Stars Wars Day at sea than before I watched this video and I was really looking forward to the day being covered in the great way Adam usually presents things.

It would probably be hard to show certain aspects when you aren't bothered/don't want to do them. At the end of the day, Adam is showing what he spent his time doing. It's not fair for him to spend all the money on the trips and feel forced to do something for the sake of it.

Adam, I love you and have followed you forever, but I was really disappointed in this video. I was so so looking forward to seeing what was special about Star Wars day at sea and I get you don't love Star Wars but was waiting for this vlog all series then no Star Wars stuff was kind of disappointing. Looking forward to castaway cay though xx

cruises during hurricane season are always not cheap i tried to look for one around my birthday in july and its 3,000 more then the nov 9th cruise ill be on this year

$7000 for one person? If so my goodness. Not saying Carnival is better but my Carnival cruise for 4 was only $4000 for a 8 day cruise.

Prices are mostly by stateroom, so it's the same price whether you have 1 or 4 people in the room.

Disney cruises are expensive but for the most part, you're getting your money's worth. I personally love entertainment and they have the best shows and the service in general are amazing. Carnival is great too but the crowd is eeeekkk! Mixture of rowdy drunk people and rude ones.

This was a bit disappointing. No Star Wars at sea info. This is what I have been waiting for and we didn't see any of it. No characters, no Navigator, no special food items..

To be fair, I imagine it would be hard to get excited and want to film things that your not really bothered about. I expect Paolo was booked for this day because of the special menu (the special menu's never seem that special). Also the fact that he has barely mentioned it being a SW Day at Sea in the previous blogs should have given an indication that there wasn't going to be much on it this week. All that being said, I can see your frustration 😀

It’s interesting that Adam chose to leave the food tray outside the cabin. I’ve always been told to leave it inside for the attendant so as not to add to debris in the hallways. Maybe Disney staff is more efficient with cleaning?

$7000 is the reason we don't sail Disney. We like to cruise multiple times a year, but wouldn't be able to do that if we took Disney. We were fortunate enough to take one Disney cruise in the past, so there's that at least.

i am loving your vlogs so much! Just an interesting "tidbit" My daughter was testing gluten intol but what she actually was is USA gluten intol due to the Roundup in the foods, beer, wine. She does perfectly well with Italian and most other imported gluten products.... not Germany so much. Anyway...Disney Chefs are amazing at helping with your food choices but if your test in the USA, it's worth looking closer at it.

Charlottesreadsthings then perhaps they should be left out of the vlog. We tune in to see content, then we’re told “nope, can’t see this” ... it puts ppl off. They have every right to not be in the vlog. It’s not about there respect, it’s about inserting something in there that is counter productive to the viewer. It’s just my opinion. If Adam doesn’t mind then it’s his choice. I also have other options on KZfaq.

@@ericjohnbeauchemin6465 actually Eric, I didn't mind the "friend" not wanting to be in the vlogs but as the vlogs goes along each week, it is kinda annoying. So like you're not going to appear just once and just say hi for the vlog? The way Adam is purposely filming to avoid them in the shot is noticeable. I still love his vlogs though. Just a nitpick.
