Interesting. The Learn to Play booklet entirely omits that when describing how Surges can be spent and the like. I wonder why they would ignore such an important element when first explaining how they work and chose to only put that in the RRG.

Nathan Butler Same thing happend to me. The Learn to Play booklet omits it so I missed the rule. It's in the rules reference guide as you said in your description. Really easy to miss!

Glad it's still helpful so long after it was recorded. :) I really want to get back into some app-based solo play or with the "Redjak's Automated Imperial Version" fan-made Imperial AI to go back through campaigns I never had time to finish.

For homecoming, the special setup has you set the initial threat icon counter to something like twice he current threat level on the campaign guide list, which the Imperial can spend during the whole setup process.

Right, which gives you 4 threat because of that special setup. I don't think there should've been that initial 2 threat to start with though.

+Nikola Kosmajac That is for the tutorial mission only, not for the game as a whole. This is not the tutorial mission, so that does not apply.

The number is for when you are working out accuracy.

You always alternate Rebel/Imperial activations, and you cannot do a second activation with a Rebel character until all other Rebels have done their first, so if you have two Rebels with two activations each, it's "Rebel 1 #1, Imperial activation, Rebel 2 #1, Imperial activation, Rebel 2 or 1 #2, Imperial Activation, remaining Rebel #2," then onward into just any remaining Imperial activations.

It's like Nathan says, you kinda emulate a 4 character game with 2 characters :)

#1 is incorrect, every space contained within the outline of difficult terrain is considered difficult terrain. The rule states "A figure must spend one additional movement point to enter a space containing difficult terrain". When you move from one space to the next you are exiting the current space and entering a new one, which means rules that affect moving into spaces apply. It would be silly if only the first step through icy rocks would be difficult when every step after is easy. #2 is correct, deployment zones other than green are activated by mission triggers and are only active during said trigger. Red are usually secondary deployment zones that stay active after a trigger has finished while yellow and blue are usually for specific figures at specific times. Sorry for the novel but the difficult terrain issue is very common and can be difficult to grasp because of the wording in the RRG.
