It was confirmed that Marvel with the Deadpool and Wolverine film is returning to filmography such as winter soldier, Agentsxof Shield, Defenders Serialy. MCU 4. Saga that ended Balck Panther Wakanda Forever. Dave Filony, after trying Acolite episode 5, decided to be the head of the new leader who was put in charge of Star Wars. He said that an R-rating SW movie is planned.

1. The whole point with this new timeline is that the Skywalker Saga is over. That a given project or overall creative direction lacks your favorite character is not a problem with some quality in the project or direction. It is just a thing you do not prefer. 2. The High Republic is exactly the kind of initiative you're both talking about. Doesn't sound like you bought into it at all? 3. People forget that all of this is exactly how the EU worked. We had multiple series being released at the same time, covering different aspects of the timeline. And it was WILD - you had comics from the Rebellion and from the Dawn of the Sith being released at the same time. This is just the same thing going on on screen. It's not confusing. You're just expecting the MCU and being given something else and seem to require something other than that. I'll bet you anything there is a huge board somewhere with all the things plotted out, including timelines/eras. But they're not being presented to people the way people want them presented. Me, I take what I am offered by creatives and judge what I see. I do not judge it against the content that I *would rather they had presented* .

I think Star Wars is struggling under Disney. I do consider Disney Star Wars separate from Lucas Star Wars ( like Rome's Republic and Empire eras). George made sure that every package (4,5,6 ... 1,2,3 and Clone Wars) served as their own entry into the Universe. Where not all Disney projects serve as good entry points as may require outside knowledge. Ashoka felt that way to me, it was alright if you knew Ashoka and Rebels show already but can see how it would be confusing for new viewers. Disney Star Wars needs a version of Michael Pena's character from Ant Man to do a super fast important information if they want to keep jumping around.

@@SWPhoenixSquadronIt is necessary to show people, especially from the Toxic SW community, where their place is. We understand, the poor guy who played young Anakin,... The toxic Star Wars fan community drove the same Jar Jar Binks to suicide earlier. Due to the fact that mentally he could no longer handle this toxicity. The actor who played young Anakin also had to drop out of school because of how poisonous they were to him, mentally and emotionally ruining his entire life that was just beginning. And George Lucas couldn't do it, they wrote that he himself literally doesn't know how to make Star Wars. It was you, the Toxic Star Wars hating community, that forced him to sell the rights to Disney. I have spoken. And for anyone who doesn't like the 7,8,9 trilogy, I will reveal that there are three other worst movies that should never have been made, Holiday Special, Caravan of Courage: An Ewok Adventure, and Ewoks: The Battle for Endor. So I will tell you that the new trilogy turned out much better than it seems, but that's my opinion anyway, we know that everything will work out in time. Because Star Wars is our childhood, our adolescence, our love, our feelings, our life forever.

@@SWPhoenixSquadronWhole Acolite show is better then Kenobi and Book of Boba fett together. They made mistakes they turned these two project into show and not as movie. Every one of the movies by himselfe are good even 8 Last Jedi but that was mistake by one stupin man. But these film are still better then these ones down here.\/ Okay so the best trilogy of Star Wars movies from the original George Lucas era. And that: Caravan of Courage: An Ewok Adventure; Ewoks: The Battle for Endor & Star Wars Holifays special. Ewoks: The Battle for Endor So, what do you say to me now. These ones are total strash.

I'm kinda glad the discourse is getting robust in the center - as opposed to just whining about wokeness or wanting Star Wars to look like it did in 1999 and never veer out of that rut. Acolyte has provoked strong critical thought - if you can find the signal amidst the noise. TPM did the same, really. Prediction: Acolyte is going to be one of those shows that, similar to the prequels, receives a positive critical reevaluation in a few years. I agree. Most fans just want good Star Wars - but I'm not sure I trust any statistic telling me whether most of the fanbase thinks Acolyte is good Star Wars or not.

Star Wars isn't dead or dying, as a star wars fan since I was 8 years old in 2004 and I'm 27 now, star wars is not dead. Not even close only the toxic fans think it's dead also I thought that channel was dead

lay off the copium, it's certainly dying. Star Wars is not as beloved as it used to be. the fans no longer trust the company. they failed too many times in quick succession. it came to a point that the prequel trilogy retroactively became amazing because of how terrible the new shows have been.
