The Denuo Novo Jango helmet is cold cast. This means metal powder is put into the fiberglass, then it is polished. The silver is not paint on this helmet.

Just FYI the Jango and Boba helmets are not at all identical in any way. There are a ton of differences once you start looking at them longer. Jango was an all new sculpt for Episode 2.

Great review Gabe. I have to disagree with you on the Master Replica Boba Fett helmet being cast from the screen use one. It was actually cast from the Pre-pro 3 helmet.

The MR Boba Fett's mandibles came "pinched", where they should've been straight, like the Jango mandibles. Great review as always Gabe.

5:13 What always bothered me about Jango Fett’s helmet is the way the right ear is attached. It doesn’t align with the helmet itself, like bobas does. But that’s what we see on screen! So this one is totally accurate.

I got my jango Fett helmet!.The jango Fett helmet measures 9 inches from ear to ear and my Boba Fett black series measures 10 inches ear to ear, so those two are different I don't have the EFX boba Fett so maybe you can measure yours. the jango Fett helmet is kind of small. If you ask me it's not that much bigger than the Mandalorian helmet, which was kind of surprising because I thought it would be big like the Boba Fett helmet. you know, the bucket! I emailed Denuo Novo because I was kind of disappointing because my helmet looks so much different than yours. Yours looked glossy mine had a matte finish . kinda puzzling.. They offered to replace it and send me a new one .they also forgot to put the description card inside the box but I'm kind of liking in the Matt finish.

Very good presentation. I wanted to buy it. But the rangefinder does not go down? However, it is specified in the description that this rangefinder is removable... Curious.

Get a digital dial caliper. It reads outside, inside, and depth. You can compare to the .0001 of an inch.

But it was a great review. Hard to tell with different color palettes, which adds depth. Clean(ish)/battle heavy worn. But I’d say within a 32nd. Very very close. A 32nd is .031333333333 thousandths. Go with metric if it converts. Within a millimeter is the cat’s pajams.

The master replicas boba Fett helmet is not at all a cast from ESB lol. Wasted Fett has a copy of the actual cast that was used in the film with all the imperfections. I have one

The Master Replicas was casted from the PP2 helmet. I have one of those ESB castings as well, everyone does these days lol I’m friends with the guy who made the casting it at the archives

Denuo Novo takes forever to send out this helmet even though it's in stock, you better be willing to wait over a month to get it. That's a long time when you shell out 700 bucks. I am myself well, I'm disappointed in them I was hoping I wouldn't be, but they gave me no choice. I emailed them and they take forever to get back to me and they never give me a straight answer. Kind of like NASA never a straight answer.

Jesus, it's ugly. The T-Visor is huge and out of proportion. As someone who worked making Jango Fett helmet replicas, this one is not accurate at all

@@rc6115 we’ll you’ve worked on making Jango replicas before so you should know that the width of the T-Visor can vary depending on how they glue the visor. It was definitely scanned from the Jango Fett helmet. That’s not even up for debate. Anovos went into the archives and scanned it and DenuoNovo had the file after acquiring Anovos.

@@StarWarsReplicas Doesn't matter if it's scanned if then it's not properly glued. If the width is not correct due the glue, then it is a bad replica, no matter if it's scanned or not.
