Estoy de acuerdo, uno puede tener mucho hype por un juego, pero una compra inteligente es esperar que lo pulan, lástima no debería ser así, pero es la realidad de la industria, inclusive juegos como el Spider-Man Miles Morales, después de más de 2 años recibió un parche para jugar con Raytracing y 60FPS, y la experiencia es demasiado diferente

Y lo mejor de todo es que después de 6 meses los puedes pillar casi que a mitad de precio, es casi como si no quisieran que compraras sus juegos a precio completo porque encima de que pagas mas te llevas un peor producto el día de lanzamiento.

If this isn't proof that ray-tracing is not worth it in current gen consoles, then I don't know what is. It uses up a ton of processing power all for slightly better lighting and shadow effects. Look how well the game runs without it. Also, this is another reason not to play broken games at launch, wait till they've been patched.

Except ray tracing is only used for reflections in this game. RT lighting is way too demanding for consoles so rt is generally only used on consoles for reflections (Watch Dogs Legion), shadows (Black Ops Cold War) or GI (Metro Exodus EE).

Amazingly the image quality has improved a lot too in Performance mode (series x). Cal’s face was a smudge before. Now it’s clean and clear. Took way too long but 👍🏻👍🏻

I suspected cos ray tracing was so heavy when it was removed for performance mode it left enough GPU power left to up the resolution as well as some frames.

I’ve been anticipating this game for so long. Absolutely loved fallen order and couldn’t wait for the next Installment. It was upsetting seeing reviews that showed it ran to poorly, but now that it’s stable I’ll give it a go!

Took the developers this long to realize that FSR2 sucks unless you personally tweak it, so DLSS is the better option on PC always. And also, took them this long to realize raytracing in a performance mode is really stupid. Especially stupid since the rasterized lighting and GI looks WAY BETTER than the raytracing in this game.

A much improved and worthwhile update. It seems like stuttering is still an issue but it seems more prominent on the XSX. A little more consistent on the PS5 version. Hopefully they fix the checkpoint stutters. The XSS version just looks as you’d expect.

Finally looks like it would run ok on my pc. I7 8700K RTX 3080, Use DLSS, turn off raytracing and hopefully lock to 60fps.

@@AdrianLiranRoll hombre la diferencia importante de rendimiento es haber añadido DLSS , en PC no es como en consolas que han quitado el RT y demás recortes, entre el parche 6 y el 7 con fsr va igual. Que entiendo lo que dices ,pero vamos para eso te puedes ver otros videos o si tienes el juego y usas fsr pues ya sabes como va.

Both this and starfield are great actually. I had more problems in my time with Survivor than I have had in Starfield so far lol. And I've played them for roughly the same amount of time so far.

They turnef off RT and everything looks so much better now on PS5 and XSX What a surprise!...they should have done this from the beginning..the decicion to have forced RT didn't make sense. What about screen tearing? Do we still have it? I honestly can't stand it and i hooe they have fixed it too . Also, this shows that we gamers must wait and not go in day1 purchases.

This game shows that putting too much effort into lighting and shadows at the expense of texture and resolution quality can have really bad results. I was shocked how bad this game looks in performance mode on my PS5, it literally looked like a PS4 game the resolution was so blurry and muddy textures galore.

Esto es una prueba de que una mala optimización puede ser clave entre una experiencia decente y una experiencia inestable.
