Han Solo shooting Anakin in the back while running away makes me very, very happy. The more I watch SW Legion the more I like it.

Doesn't Han have an ability if he gains an aim, dodge or surge token then chewie does too?

anakin should have had more suppressions, if the attacker rolls a hit or crit, u get the token even if you cancel or take no dmg. 3 tokens t1 (1 from han, 1 from speeder, 1 from troops)

Nice batrep glad to see some Legion. One note for the vehicle damage. The player that controls the unit rolls for the damage 👍😁

I know these games have been out for awhile, but I really think FFG wished they could have seen what CMON was doing with Ice and Fire before they designed this game, and the easy way they integrated characters into the gameplay. All those Imperial Assault characters, the cartoon characters, the Disney+ shows (they haven't even done all the bounty hunters from Empire yet!), would make a skirmish version of this game have so much more appeal and give people more reasons to keep buying. No to mention all the additional hero boxes they could be selling but aren't.

Does Skirmish stand on it own if you don't get into the full size 6x3 battles?

Several mistakes I picked up in this batrep. -Vehicles rarely get cover, if a terrain piece is less than half the height of a model it won't give it cover -You absolutely CANNOT use unit coherency from force push to start a melee, the unit leader must make contact -Anakin deflects differently (as several others have already mentioned) -Han and chewie should have teamwork -Scale you do a free climb before or after a move, but you place the unit leader straight up. (6:17 the wookie leader would have been against the edge of the red crate and would have to use its second move along the top of the red crate in order to scale down. You'd still be able to make melee but you wouldnt get as much movement for future turns) -Anakin should have gotten a heap more suppression from being shot at turn 1 -You roll for your own vehicle damage (doesnt make a big difference) -Not sure where anakin picked up extra damage, took one round 1, 2 then 1 round two, and only 1 round 5 -Not sure why rebel AT-RT didn't die either, took 1 from wookies, 4 from anakin, then 1 from the republic AT-RT which should kill it (I think anakin ended up with the walkers damage) -Chewie should have light cover from suppression, also more dodges from teamwork Would have been a very different game, rebel ATRT would have died sooner freeing up anakin rampage. Anakin would have lived and continued to rampage. Chewie would have taken less damage and probably would have killed off the wookies. Speeder would have degraded much earlier and maybe lost shooting dice or actions. Quick edit: Also within means wholly within in legion while at means partly within. So to be worth a point in this mission you have to have the unit leaders whole base inside the zone

Everything was all cool until the impact cover shenanigan's from atrt to atrt shot. If he wishes to apply cover there, he should have also applied the cover from chewie to the atrt earlier as the angles and LOS draw both go center to center through that rock outcropping. He is 100% correct on the dodge/cover before modify dice step- but that feels a little off with him having done the same thing earlier and not doing the same thing. The reason for the "correct" is because your LoF is going over that rock formation and the leader mini is not touching the rocks.

Are the skirmish rules for Legion still kinda borked?
