I'm willing to bet that cavern was never meant to be the Sarlacc. It might have even been originally created for a different game. They just slapped 'Sarlacc' on it to try and make it sound more exciting. If you were designing a dead Sarlacc cave from the ground up, you'd never come up with that boring result.

It's not $100, it's $70. The 100+ dollar versions are the deluxe versions that you should never buy. People are acting like this is new, the AAA industry has been pulling this crap for like a decade. If you decide to buy the game, just get the standard version, the extras are never worth it. Also, if you want it but don't want to spend $70 you can wait like a year and it will go on sale for like $15 and most of the major bugs should be ironed out by then. Again none of this is new

6:10 this has to be a joke. There’s no way this is real. I’m not convinced that someone didn’t go into blender and made that, then slapped it over the gameplay like some corporate sabotage. 1) To trade with. Droidguy says "They are very valuable to traders" (which the jawa are) 2) Idk that part does seem dumb, but maybe theres some context missing from the video. Maybe the jawa are the only one with the turret she needs or something? Seems like it would be better for her droid companion to do the translation rather than a random head though. 3) losing 1313 was a tragedy but that happen literally over a decade ago. And the game itself was only cancelled because the LucasArts studio was shut down in 2013, because no one was playing starwars games back then. I'd still take 1313 over this one but... time to move on man.

Where the thief is shown to be part of a cutthroat group if she just goes and kills 10 of them and their battle droid. The cuts between scenes instead of showing more animations are awkward/cheap.
