Sam "Darth Maul" Witwer takes on Freddie "Kanan" Prinze Jr. and it's going to be everything you'd expect... Awesome. To celebrate the 'Star Wars Rebels' season 3 premiere this Saturday, September 24th, we bring you this awesome Schmoedown for the ages! Who wins???

I honestly believe half of the reason they were cast as Fred and Daphne was to capitalize on them being a real couple (they met during the filming of "I Know What You Did Last Summer" and had been together for quite a while).

Sam is a big Star Wars sweaty like us, so he knows all the details the way most major fanboys do. He probably even beats Harloff and Campea in his knowledge of the EU. Freddie is a fan, of course, but not obsessive like a lot of us are. He probably saw TFA all the way through like only one time, and maybe part of it again on DVD with his kids. He forgot. Several of my friends are fans, but not the way I am. I don't doubt they've forgotten the name of the base too. *shrug*

They clearly used the Force: - Light Side user: He does things nice and clean, so the wheel directly lands on Star Wars. - Dark Side user: He uses tricks and deception, so the wheel lands on Spinner's Choice, then he manually stops the wheel before it could go back to another category, and then forces the show hosts, against their will, to let him choose Star Wars again. That was very cool indeed.

Yeah, but Galen Marek, even if he looks and sound like Sam, isn't canon. Maul (formely Darth) played by Sam is canon. So is the Emperor, but in a much less significant way.

+Ricois so because Galem Marek isn't canonical anymore they went with Maul? One of his more prominent roles in which he did facial mocap, voice, and physical stunts vs just voice over work for a show. I'll sell on that. Sell extra hard. lol

The Wonder Twins are DC superheroes. The girl can turn into any lifeform (even dinosaurs) and the boy can turn into water and its different states (ice, fluid, vapor). They are aliens and have to fistbum each other to activate their powers.

It would be cool if it was like Movie Fights, where they had celebrity guests every so often that were promoting their new release movie. They could pit two actors from said movie against each other. Just a one off match for fun. Some ideas: Seth Rogen vs. James Franco (I mean we already have Samm Levine..) Kevin Smith vs. Jason Mewes Simon Pegg vs. Nick Frost I'm sure matches like this would be a bitch to schedule, but they would be pretty sweet.

Galen Malek was almost a sith lord, but then turned Jedi last minute. he's the best of both sides... he was trained in almost every form of lightening combat, and no strict way of the force, to be versatile. after he died, his force ghost ended up inside his clone, which had already been imbued with midichlorians, effectively doubling his force strength, and became possibly the most powerful grey Jedi ever... soo... I don't think it matters that the other guy was a sith...

Sam and the game creator considered Galen Marek to be an anti-reverse-image-Luke in that his main raising was dark but light was introduced to create his Force balance vs Luke being raised in light and darkness from pain death and loss balanced Luke. ALSO Galen Mareks PARENTS WERE JEDI WITH HIGH MIDICHLOR COUNT

Ergo why I say Rey is a child of 2 jedi midi heredity genetic parents thus her near like Marek's force prowess so easy without training thus taking on Kylo who was only a half breed as Leia has the PUREST of Jedi traits and Solo maybe wild 'luck' inducing midi in his cells.

Sam Witwer played Doomsday (his human form anyway), Starkiller, Aidan the Vampire, AND now Darth Maul. I'd be pissing my pants too if I was on the receiving end of what Josh was enduring! Oh and didn't he also voice Palpatine in Force Unleashed? The dude is hella intimidating! Such a fun episode!
