Oh man. That cape is a HUGE improvement over the plastic pos that came with the original. Definitely gonna have to pick this figure up and swap them in my display.

As I write this it is now 4/20 but I picked this up at a Disney Store at my local mall for $21 on the 4/19 although I am not sure when exactly it was released I wasn't even aware that it existed I was blown away while shopping at the Disney Store with my girlfriend and I had to have it at first I was confused because when I looked it up I did notice that sticker I did not know that it was only released in Canada I was aware the Toys R Us was no longer a thing here in the states I do thank you for clearing that up for me here are some pics for verification and as always May the force be with you

They did a great job with the face under the helmet! I just ordered my Zuckus from Disney and have Dengar preordered from Amazon. I am getting ready to move and I'm totally feeling your pain with packing all these things up... somebody shoot me

It's weird I'm finally seeing news of this figure. I saw it at a Toys r us in Canada around 2 or 3 months ago. I thought it had already been out for a while.

She was a surprise release in Canada (no warning) but only in Canada. I got mine from there. But she only just got released in the US a few days ago.

I would love to pass on this . The only reason 🎼the reason...🎼why I would buy this, is to take the soft goods and accessories and give them to the other Phasma. By other Phasma I mean the Bandai model kit that has the shiny chrome finish.

Excellent review as always my friend. I had the original back when the first wave of sequel stuff hit shelves, and I just wasn’t thrilled with it. I didn’t think I’d be thrilled with this one either until I saw the cloth material and battle damage. My god did that sell me on it. As did your praise for the figure. Also: did you just say “Thinked” or did I mishear? 😂

I'll pass. Its not bad dont get me wrong, but I have the original Phasma, the SHFiguarts Phasma, and a Mafex Phasma. Although the damage looks good I have enough already. I was like you when I saw the trailer. Ooh wicked looking trooper. But then the awe faded. She had so little screen time. It was like a boring Boba Fett. Sorry. I just thought she needed more. And pairing her vs Finn. Again I'm sorry but YAWN. I like the review.. I just dont have the need for another Phasma.

@@MikeKaess Thanks Mike. I have an appointment tomorrow and again Tuesday. Monday they will be testing my lung function or lack of lung function. MRI's, X-rays, etc. It's been a VERY HARD week. As much as I miss collecting I've had to stop completely for now. I did get the Imperial Officers, Piett and Veers. My buddy ordered one for me, and he got the one at Walgreens. I had to...lol. Those are amazing figures. I do like the Phasma. The battle damage, the new weapon. But I just can't justify getting it when I have so many other Phasma figures already. I'm really looking forward to Gen. Grievous and Bespin Leia. Aaargh. See I can't stop...lol. I can't wait for the Grievous review. Well the future is VERY uncertain for me. The LAST thing I need to worry about are figures, BUT it's a way to take your mind off the pain. It gives me a little bit of a escape. The diagnoses is not good. I'll know more by Wednesday. It is terminal, but they can treat it. But the end is inevitable. I watched this happen to my Mom. So saying I'm terrified is a understatement.
