Starblast.io Solo Invasion HAS BEEN DEFEATED!!!!

I still can't believe that it actually happened. I never thought that I would be the one to finally solo invasion. A few weeks ago, I managed to beat wave 10 solo in the simulator twice so I knew wave 10 was possible but it still required a lot of skill, endurance, and a little luck. Definitely my greatest accomplishment in invasion and maybe even the entirety of the game.
About the challenge itself: this was honestly HORRIBLE to play. The first 8 waves were not bad but they are absolutely time wasters and serve as filler for the garbage waves 9 and 10. It takes over an hour to get to wave 9 alone and considering the RNG based nature of waves 9 and 10, it's so frustrating to play the first 8 waves perfectly and then lose that run to just bad luck on either of the two waves. Not to mention that most of the time in a lot of the waves is spent shooting rocks to either start the wave or to make the next couple of waves easier. A prime example of this is wave 7. Even with 3+ players, it still takes an awful long time to clear all the asteroids which is just so annoying. But not mining the asteroids is also a bad idea as you are losing out on potential secondaries/gems and certain waves like wave 8 will be significantly harder with asteroids scattered everywhere. I am just so grateful that it only took me 5 days and I managed to fluke the entire thing after getting the alien count below 40 twice. I am probably NEVER touching solo invasion for a long time after this experience. You won't know the pain until you actually start trying to beat it.
Invasion is fun in other ways but you just never feel in control when you are trying to beat all 10 waves solo (especially wave 10) and I think that is what made the experience not that enjoyable. Still, don't let this deter you from trying to solo invasion. If you believe that you can beat it, then you can do it with the right conditions and mental determination.
I want to thank everyone in the invasion discord that has helped me get to where I am now. I don't think I would have been able to do this without their help. I've mentioned specific names near the end of the video and I probably forgot some names but I just want to again thank everyone that has helped me on this journey.

At 24:33, the finalboss does not always spawn red saucers when the seconds say :05 or :35. Its just that all the times that the finalboss spawns red saucers will have the seconds say :05 or :35. I say this because sometimes you wont be able to keep track of the spawning times in the heat of the moment so if you forget the times, just stay away from it if the seconds say :05 or :35. The first few times are: 3:35 5:05 6:35 8:05 (every 90 seconds starting at 3:35)

I just stepped on this video, good job it gets insanely crazy after 1st death on wave 10, but your run is ~98% perfect (except when you wasted the torps lol), nailed it 👍

After so long, after so many times that I only reached the beginning of wave 10, I can finally die in peace knowing that it is possible to finish this mode without teammates, GG!

Damn. Ever since I joined the invasion server way back when, I never even imagined this was possible. I remember playing invasion solo with no idea of what I was doing and following your advice. To this day, I still haven't beaten wave 9 solo. Throughout the years, we did do some wacky duos: rock-tower, o-defender, odyssey (after 2 years), even a deathless wave 10 aries run. I don't think I would've stayed in the server or played invasion much if it weren't for you, so thank you. That line at 26:32 is so true. Ever since I showed you that screenshot from Killworm, you've been on the grind for this. I was suspicious. I mean, if Thrawn couldn't do it, was it really possible? But with near proof that it could be done, you were so motivated. We both knew it was possible, so I tried to keep you going until you did it. Then one day, I got a dm from you; you sent a screenshot of you and the finalboss. I thought it was just another sim run, saying once again that we knew it was possible. Then you told me it was a real run and told me to look at the score. I was in disbelief. But you did it! Congratulations and I hope this means that you're good enough to beat invasion with duo advanced fighter :)

Sorry for the late reply but I also initially thought that it couldn’t be done but I heard about someone almost soloing wave 10 with the condor so I had to try it out in the simulator and I managed to beat it in the sim so I knew it was definitely possible after that. I just needed to find the time to grind it out and eventually this happened.

I am aware of this and I would like to believe that he was the first to do it but so far, he has not shown any video proof or enough screenshots of his run. I’m sure that there is someone out there who has already defeated solo invasion years before killworm or I did it but I am the first one with proof.
