- 250g flour (2 cups)
- 10g baking powder (2 tsp)
- 1g salt (¼ tsp)
- 200ml heavy cream (~1 cup)
- 60g sugar (¼ cup)
- 60g frozen blueberries (½ cup)

How to cook👩🍳:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt.
- Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and pour in the heavy cream.
- Use a spatula mix the ingredients until they just come together. Be careful not to overmix; the dough should be shaggy and slightly sticky.
- Add the frozen blueberries to the mixture and gently toss them until they are combined to the batter.
- Turn the dough out onto surface and gently knead it a few times until it holds together. Pat the dough into a circle about 2.5 centimeters (1 inch) thick.
- Cut the dough into 6 wedges. Transfer the wedges to the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each scone.
