i tried it today using the powdered milk but prepared the coffee with a frother. turned out so good! i would recommend though to use 1 to 1/2 tablespoons of brown sugar if you dont like it overly sweet.

That’s great! I was confused with my taste test result on the evaporated milk. I swear by the combo of instant coffee and evaporated milk as the best combo. Perhaps I will try it again 😅

Because evaporated milk is condensed and you used it as same as for previous coffee drinks (100 ml)

Possibly so. I would put 90-100ml of evaporated milk in my recipes but this particular evaporated milk seems to be more concentrated than usual :-D. With brown sugar and instant coffee, evap usually works best.

Yes our evaporated milk is also strong in flavor and my mom had always add water to it 1:1 ratio
