Are you ready for some delicious cranberry bliss bars?? How about a Starbucks copycat recipe of their scrumptious bars? Well here it is! I love their holiday bars but hate waiting in line to get one and hoping they're not already sold out for the day. Now I can make them in the comfort of my home and share my homemade bars with my friends and family!

Ingredients:
Blondie Layer:
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) salted butter, cubed
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup dried cranberries
6 ounces white baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
Frosting:
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
6 ounces white baking chocolate, melted
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
To a bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Add in the brown sugar and stir. Add the butter/sugar mixture to a large bowl and let cool to room temp. Once cooled, add in the eggs and vanilla, beat with electric mixer.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon, gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Stir in the cranberries and chopped chocolate.
Spread the blondie batter into the prepared dish. Bake for 18-21 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely.
Frosting: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together with an electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add half of the melted white chocolate, beat until smooth. Spread the frosting over the completely cooled blondies, sprinkle with cranberries, and drizzle with remaining melted white chocolate.
Slice into square bars, then slice each square at an angle for the classic starbucks look. Store in the fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
NOTE: If you'd like to add an orange flavor to these bars, 1 tbsp of grated orange zest to the frosting.
