StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void Cinematic, LA Audience Reaction

*Jump to 9:10 if you want to see the Legacy of the Void cinematic, as this video shows the two additional cinematics leading up to the Protoss cinematic (Wings of Liberty's Building a Better Marine, and Heart of the Swarm intro)* --- Blizzard's SC2: Legacy of the Void premiered in Poland and in LA's Ace Theater simultaneously (which was where this was shot live) on September 13, 2015.
It was great to see not just the Legacy of the Void cinematic on the big screen, but also the return of "Building a Better Marine" SC2 teaser video that I got to witness unfold live in Seoul, Korea in 2007 that rumbled the entire Olympic Stadium as it showed.
Hearing and seeing the reactions live is always glorious!

@@igor953 because it was a dream come true, to see the creation of the ingame unit with "todays" special effects, and thats most of the clip by the way.... as they all were ingame units that we played with back in the 90, and the early 2000... that and the lore behind such creation (as both units sacrifice/die themselfs to make a new one). Its like seen/reliving your childhood again but in 4k (or by my age standards "HD" XD)

Of all amazing game blizzard cinematics over the years. This one is literally perfect. From respecting the source material, the gameplay, treating long time fans with the archon and power overwhelming, the script, the pacing, and animation are just absolutely stellar. What an incredible sequel SC2 was. no wonder Blizzard is afraid to have a SC 3. AOE2 is certainly up there also. Rare that the sequel to an alltime classic game is equal to the original.

Sucks that well never get anything like this again. The quality, the expectations met. Even if we get a starcraft 3 itll be made by the current blizzard… the days of these people making absolute passion projects is over and thats just depressing. Im just not hyped to boot up a starcraft 3 screen and see pink kawaii zealot skin on sale and sexy UwU kerrigan skin at max rank in a battlepass you have FOMO to acquire. Theres just no way we get the starcraft 3 THESE people would have made back then.

+Angryconsumernerd Well, you did name some of the better shows on that channel lol. I haven't watched the Syfy channel in a while (used to binge on that channel 10+ years ago), but you have to admit there were some really mediocre shows in between the great ones. Admittedly, Starcraft doesn't have the 'greatest story' in the actual campaign, but there are tons of good lore and it would hold up to some of the other shows imo. Find a great writer with a team of good producers, I'm sure they can work some magic if they decided to make a show/movie out of it. Lots of good material in the Starcraft universe that writers can work off of.
